Wisdom 3:1 – “But the souls of the righteous are in the hand of God, and no torment will ever touch them.”
The souls in Purgatory are in the hand of God, undergoing purification but not torment. Reflect today on the comfort this brings, knowing that God is caring for these souls as they are prepared for heaven. How can you offer your prayers for their purification, trusting that God will bring them into His eternal care and joy?
Lord, I pray for the souls in Purgatory, trusting that they are in Your loving hands. Purify them and bring them into the joy of heaven, where they will dwell with You forever.
