Daniel 12:2 – “And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.”
The souls in Purgatory await their awakening to everlasting life. Reflect today on the hope of resurrection and eternal life, trusting that God will bring these souls out of their purification and into the fullness of His presence. Lord, I pray for the souls in Purgatory, that they may be purified and awakened to the joy of everlasting life in Your presence. Help me to trust in Your promise of resurrection.
