1 Thessalonians 4:14 – “For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep.”
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, and we trust that God will raise the souls in Purgatory to eternal life. Reflect today on the importance of praying for these souls, asking for their purification and entry into heaven. How can you live with faith in the resurrection, trusting in God’s power to bring life out of death?
Lord, I believe in Your promise of resurrection. I pray for the souls in Purgatory, that You may raise them to eternal life and bring them into the joy of heaven.
