Who am I?

Well, if you’ve got a minute and don’t mind a little rambling, let me tell you. I’m Chris Peneguy, husband to Abigail, dad to three wonderful daughters, and a man with a lot of hats.

Some of them are business hats, entrepreneur, fractional CFO, and occasional dreamer. Some are more rugged, hunter, fisherman, cook, and man of faith.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that life mixes the serious with the absurd, the joy with the hardship, and the miracles with the mundane. I’ve built businesses, lost businesses, and picked up the pieces afterward.

Faith isn’t just a Sunday thing for me, it’s the compass I try to follow every day, though the road is winding and steep. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with family, outdoors, or scribbling thoughts that might turn into devotionals, business ideas, or something to make sense of it all.

With two decades of experience spanning beverage manufacturing, distribution, and technology, I’ve learned a thing or two about what makes businesses thrive. I specialize in equipping companies with the financial tools they need to grow sustainably and profitably.

I roll up my sleeves and get in the trenches. Whether it’s cash flow management, tax strategy, scaling operations, or untangling tricky processes, I tackle the tough stuff. Every business is different, so I take a hands-on approach and empower clients to make decisions that lead to long-term success.

I’ve had the privilege of building Louisiana’s first and largest specialty coffee business, and founding the state’s only craft beer and spirit distributor from the ground up.

What I’m truly proud of goes beyond products or awards, it’s the journey, the grit, the resilience, the faith that deepened through challenges, and the community that grew alongside the work.
